Discount Metal was formed in 1996 with the commitment to provide premium roofing materials for contractors and do-it-yourselfers at reduced prices, and we continue to partner with our customers to ensure superior products and service for every job. We began in Shelbyville, TN, the Walking Horse Capital of the world and have since expanded to a second location in Chattanooga, TN. While we primarily provide great products to customers in the southeast, we have thousands of satisfied customers all over the United States.

During the last fourteen years we have expanded our products so that we can now offer everything from metal roofing for homes or sheds to complete building packages using pre-engineered steel or wood trusses. We feature a variety of roofing panel profiles from nationally known companies and can provide delivery across the nation at affordable rates.
